LIFE PROJECT

Aspects to create a life project:

 

1. Having the ability to do autonomous learning (Having curiosity to lear a new topic, have discipline).

 

Okay, some days I dream a lot of things for my future but then there is nothing. But okay, I have to admit I always have one dream for my life: being the best me can ever been. So, in this moment I'm studying italian language and Norwegian language, 'cause I want to study political scientist an historian, but after that I'm planning to go to Norway and study a mastery there.

I read lots of books, I read notices and I ask to myself what I really think about, 'cause I have to be determinate if I want to get my achievements.

For now, I'm just going to study by myself this languages, preicfes and preuniversity, and obviusly, to the school homeworks and exams. Being happy is the most important thing for me know, 'cause I want to superate my depression and the others emotional illness I already have.

 

2.Achieve personal growth (have the willingness of personal growth, of being better everytime)

 

In this point I have to go away of all of the academy achieves, 'cause I have always been a good student and a responsable girl. The last 3 years I collect a lot of personal achieves, because I beat cancer, I beat sickness, and I beat all of the doctor's expectatives.  I'm strongest than I never imagine I can ever been, and I'm so proud of me. I'm a person with a strong willpower, so I have to know if something one day is hard (because life is hard) I can do that, 'cause I'm able to do.

 

3. Develop intellectual activities (Develop intelligence, creativity, talent)

 

I'm an artist. And an artist isn't just a person who can draw or paint; an artist is a person who can live, who can make a difference in the world of almost one person and who can appreciate the world with words or non-words activities. When you can look the world and you can said "life is good" in spite of the violence, wars and all the problems, just in this moment you can go and learn all you want.

I really love knowledge, and I think I can use it to change the world (this is going to be well if I can change even just one life) and I do all I have to do to grow in my intellectual part. (Studying languages, doing my homeworks, reading, searching on internet...)

 

4. Having positive habits (discipline, saving, perseverance)

 

As I said before, my life isn't positive all the time, because my depression doesn't do things easy for me. But, when I give my life to the others, when I can be a positive thing in this world, and when I really think my life is really value, I can do awesome things for the others.  I think I have to build a life, and the first step is LOVE. Then, I can put things like "responsability", "honesty" and a Christian attitude.

All in life is attitude 'cause is the only thing you can control over in this world. So, then go for an adventure and be happy. Always be kind, ask the things in life and be strong, 'cause you will need it for life.

 

5. Analizing personal values (morality, honesty, generosity, altruism)

 

Okay, the first thing we have to know at this point is "who we are?", and if you can answer this question with positivies words, you can say that you are doing well. But we already know we aren't perfect, so if we answer some negative thing, we have the responsability to do it well as it is possible and grow everyday.

I have something very clear: my morality is my life style and if I want to be someone I never can go in front of my morality and beginnings. What about my personal values? Oh, I don't even know, 'cause talking about myself isn't my ability. But I can trust in my responsability, discipline, kindness, gratefulness.

 

6. Have an own life style (definde the person you want to be, how to act, your professional objects)

 

I think I said all this things before, but okay, in a little resume I can said I know who I am, I know who I wanna be and how I can do that.

I know I'm unique, and I know what is my pad. (Okay, no like I know where I have to stay, no. But like I know life is a whole game I have to play; it's difficult but beautiful)

 

ECONOMIC

TRADE OPENNESS is a measure of economic policies that either restrict or invite trade between countries. Acording to domination economic theory, this restrictiveness, this LACK OF TRADE OPENNESS, will have an ECONOMIC EFFECT OF SLOWING economic development/growth. Conversely, acording to economic theory, TRADE OPENNESS will have an ECONOMIC EFFECT OF INCREASING economic developmet and growth.

Importing and exporting

EXPORTING → Is the sale of goods to a foreign country.

IMPORTING → Is the purchase of a foreign manufactured good in the buyer's domestic market.

 

  • Exporting and importing helps grow national economies and expands the global market.

  • Imports are important for businesses and individual consumers.

  • Countries want to be net exporters rather than net importers.

  • Net exporters increases the wealth of a country.

 

FORMAL TRADE BARRIERS → Are barriers to trade that are intentionally created for the express purposes of making it harder for an exporter to sell goods in a foreign country.

 

INFORMAL TRADE BARRIERS → Are not necessarily created to hinder imports of goods but have the effect of doing so.

So, here is an AWESOME and EXTRAORDINARY video of John Green. He was explaining capitalism and socialism and all about economy. I think this is so funny, but is important too. I laught a lot and I learned a lot.

Franchising

Arrangement where one party (the franchiser) grants another party (the franchisee) the right to use its trademark or trade-name as well as certain business system and process, to produce and market a good or service according to certains specificationes.

  • Detailed techniques in running and promoting te business

Business alliance

An arrangement or relationship among independent businesses with corresponding goals, established for a specific purpose and often for reducing costs and improving customer service.

The colaboration is usually managed by a team with members from each business and held together by one agreement giving an equal share of risk and opportunity to each business.​

Questions:

1. “What to do? My producer is a bully and hiring like-minded people.Ethics is becoming a question in my organization.”

There is a problem: I think, if you can't change this you have to leave this work, and search another better. Ethical beings are individual, and it can not be transfer or sharing, so, if these new people do not have the necesary and you can't do anything, you should go away. In this situation will not be a successful finish.

 

2.    "What to do? I find few employees of my organization, disclosing confidential client data to our competitors.”

First, you have to talk with your employees, and then I think you have to said goodbye, and get new employees. If you want success in your organization, you must have confident people, in which you can trust.

 

3. “Should the performance feedback session follow a corrective or punitive approach?”

I think this performarce have to follow a corrective and rewarding approach, because when you focus on the positive, positives things will happen. I mean, if you just complain about the fails in the employee's conduct you will not do any change, but if you said the bad things and the positives things all the people will be more motivated.

 

4. How do you train your employees to be ethical to one and all, whether in the professional realm or personal?

Some of the top level management must lead the training, writing a conductual's rules and rewarding the good behavior, and the comunication is essential. We have to no ethics are individual, but in our work we can do changes in the employees if we strive.
